When will my order be dispatched?
If items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Please double check the address you provide during shipment as we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
All goods are shipped from Sydney with Australia Post or in some cases, Couriers Please.
How much is shipping?
- Our Standard Delivery fee is $6.95 for orders under $30 or FREE shipping for orders over $30.
In the interest of keeping shipping costs low, we can only deliver express post on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order requirements and address so we can provide an express post quote.
How long will my order take to arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed.
Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking information.
Our products are dispatched from Sydney and delivery is generally within 3 business days to major cities but please allow up to 7-9 business days for regional and peak periods.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses or lockers?
Unfortunately as we use registered tracking for all of our parcels, our couriers are unable to ship and deliver to PO boxes. Signature on delivery is required to ensure safe passage of your purchase or in some cases where deemed safe, they may exercise Authority to Leave.
If I’ve changed my mind, is it okay for me to exchange my item?
We want you to love your Tree Stripes product. If you don't, return it or exchange it for free even if you have used it. No questions asked.

How are my products packaged?
We carefully wrap all of your products using recycled paper only. These are nested where possible to save on freight and reduce our footprint. Here's one of our favourite stylists, Royce Interiors showing you what you can expect from a Tree stripes order.
Where are your products made?
Our products are hand made by Sri Lankan women as part of a fair trade project where they have the opportunity to work from home while securing an income for their family.
Are your products ethically made?
We pride ourselves on our focus on ethics, transparency and sustainability. Our team of women receive ongoing training to diversify their skills to ensure a guaranteed flow of work. Our primary raw materials include recycled paper from the printing and packaging industry and offcuts of wood from the furniture industry.
Your products are made of paper – how are they waterproof?
Our products are lined with natural latex which is tapped from the rubber tree. This ensures the internal core of our pots, vases and containers are 100% waterproof.
The outer layer is water resistant meaning if there is spillage, pat it dry with a cloth.
To clean, rub gently with a damp cloth. A little bit of soap on a plain cloth can also assist if required.
Can I use your products for fresh flower arrangements?
Definitely. As mentioned, they are waterproof and we recommend emptying water every 3-4 weeks. Here's a snippet from one of our retailers joyously filling her Bloom pot with water.
